Techniques have changed. Training has accumulated. The starting point has remained remarkably stable: listen first, examine carefully, understand movement and keep the body connected to the life it is living.

Touch, tissue, movement, context.
My early work already focused on the relationship between the body, stress and work. My 2010 dissertation addressed musculoskeletal disorders and stress in the workplace in work carried out at the Banque de France.
Continuous training with Pierre HAMMOND from 2010 to 2019 deepened a tissue and fascial approach. I obtained a diploma in 2012, trained in Dry Needling in 2023 and completed the Paris Cité / Reims inter-university Sport-Health diploma in 2024.
